Kindly provide the Reference Picture for the commission.
You may include additional notes such as do you have any deadlines for me to follow or any specific detail that you want me to take note of or highlight! For the background option, it would be preferable to send me a picture with the color of your choice!
Terms of service
BEFORE ACCEPTING & AFTER DOING THE COMMISSION
I reserve the right to turn down any order that I don't feel comfortable doing for any reason.
All traditional works will be received via meet ups in Los Banos, Laguna only.
Digital commissions will be sent via email in high resolution & png format.
You can do anything with your commissioned work (use as wallpaper, print it, etc.) as long as you don't claim it done yourself or use it for commercial purposes.
You waive your rights for me to display your commissioned work anywhere, however, please feel free to tell me if you are uncomfortable with me doing so.
PROCESS
Once I have agreed to your commission:
I will ask for a 50% down payment before doing the commission. This is non-refundable once I have started the work.
The completion may take a minimum of one week depending on the complexity of the work. Should there be any significant discrepancies, I'll inform you immediately.
You can ask me for updates during the process! (via gmail/ telegram)
The remaining 50% of the amount should be paid before I send the final output.
Please send proof for all payment transactions. Thank you!
